Random Heart in a Cactus Garden

These pictures were taken at the Joseph Wood Krutch Cactus Garden at the University of Arizona early Sunday morning.  In one of these snapshots is a Random Heart hiding in plain sight.

Cleistocactus

Boojum tree

Gila Woodpecker

House Finch

Saguaro Cactus

Verdin
If I keep a green bough in my heart, then the singing bird will come.
~Chinese proverb

The Random Heart I noticed is the heart opening in the Saguaro Cactus.

Random Hearts are fun because they usually show up when we aren't searching for them. :-)  See more Random Hearts at Clytie's Guest Heart Thursday.

Yes! I see it! It took me a minute - simply because I was entranced with the beauty of your pictures! Thank you so much for sharing this heart - and this beautiful scenery!

Oh, that is too cool, Diane. I love your photos as usual, and I am particularly fond of the Gila Woodpecker. I have one that visits my home every day.

I like the lighting in the first photo. The birds and the Boojum tree with the blue sky look wonderful. Nice proverb.
